1. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
• Health & Clinical Data: Medical conditions, dietary preferences, allergies, BMI, lab reports, and consultation notes (SOAP notes).
• Location Data: Precise GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude) to calculate dynamic delivery fees and fulfill orders.
• Payment Information: Processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your full credit card or UPI details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your health data is used strictly to filter contraindicated ingredients, generate clinical meal plans, and facilitate tele-consultations with our dietician network. Order details (excluding your medical history) are shared with our FSSAI-certified kitchen partners solely for the purpose of meal preparation and delivery.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including row-level security (RLS) and encrypted storage buckets, to protect your diagnostic reports and clinical EMR data. Dieticians can only access your data if you are an active patient assigned to them.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of your personal and health data at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting our support team.
